Liquid Face Lift: A non-surgical facelift
What is a Liquid Facelift?
As we age, facial skin loses volume and elasticity. Consequently, wrinkles, lines and folds appear and facial features begin to sag. These undesirable results are due to the loss of collagen and elastin.
A Liquid Facelift is a non-surgical facelift procedure that can reduce these effects of aging. Our non-surgical facelift involves injecting advanced dermal fillers that lift and contour facial features. A Liquid Facelift can:
- Gently lift specific facial features or the entire face
- Reduce wrinkles, creases, line or folds
- Restore natural facial contours
- Diminish under eye bags and dark circles
- Open and lift lids
- Lift and diminish Jowls
- Lift the corners of the mouth
- Hide bumps on the nose
- Provide a more rested, energetic look
- Produce a friendlier smile
A Liquid Facelift uses advanced dermal fillers. Most advanced dermal fillers are comprised of natural substances produced by the body. All of the dermal fillers used in this non-surgical facelift procedure are 2nd generation injectables that provide longer-lasting results than other products. Each of these advanced dermal fillers has unique attributes that rejuvenate specific areas of the face by either replacing lost volume in the facial feature or by helping the body regenerate its own collagen. When precisely placed, these advanced dermal fillers lift or contour any number of facial features.
How Much Does Liquid Facelift Cost?
Because Liquid Face Lift is a non-surgical procedure, it is usually priced by the number of syringes needed. A 3 syringe Liquid Facelift procedure, for instance, typically costs around $2,000. The number of syringes needed varies from individual to individual, and facelift procedure to facelift procedure.
How Long Does Liquid Facelift Last?
A Liquid Facelift typically lasts one to two years, depending on the products used and the facial area treated. Some of the advanced dermal fillers used in this non-surgical facelift procedure, such as JUVEDERM®, Radiesse®, Restylane® and Perlane®, will typically last up to a year or more. Other dermal fillers, such as Sculptra® Aesthetic, can last up to two years, but it does not show immediate results.
All of the products we use are FDA-approved for treatment of at least one area of the face. Results from Liquid Face Lift procedures range from subtle to astonishing. Patients who have had Liquid Face Lift procedures have reported that they’ve received compliments on their appearance from people who are unaware that they have had the procedure. In some instances, the results can be so uplifting that they change the patient’s life. As with any cosmetic medical procedure, results vary from patient to patient.
Most plastic surgeons, dermatologists and other physicians who regularly use dermal fillers in cosmetic medical procedures perform additional off-label uses with these products for non-surgical facial rejuvenation treatments. Before undergoing any procedure, make sure that your physician has extensive experience with the specific procedure. As with any medical procedure, there are varying degrees of risk involved. Please consult your physician.
